OPTIMUM PILATES offers a variety of programs

SOLO
Private sessions are the perfect way to personalize your workouts. We will tailor your session to help you meet your goals that much faster. You will use all of the equipment in the studio for a fun, varied, and challenging workout every time.

DUET
Semi-private sessions (with two people) are customized workouts, designed for specific goals, needs, and abilities. The variations for each exercise make them safe and effective for both participants.

REFORMER CLASS
This small group session (with three to five people) is a full-body workout, emphasizing form and proper body alignment. Participants will use special resistance equipment for variety and intensity, to develop strength without bulk, while increasing flexibility, coordination, and balance.

MAT CLASS with small equipment
Mat classes are the cornerstone of the Pilates method, with a variety of specific exercises. Our classes are limited in size, which allows everyone to have personal attention, while working out in a congenial group setting. We use barrels and rollers and other props to vary the workout.
SPRINGBOARD
These classes are limited to 5 or fewer people and combine mat work with resistance springs to make a more challenging workout.
