Group Workout Classes

Group workout classes are a great way to fit a regular workout into your schedule. We offer small-group sessions on Reformer Pilates equipment Monday through Thursday as well as Saturday. In addition, if you prefer to set up appointments to fit your personal schedule, you can arrange to work out with a friend or two in a semi-private duet or trio.

Please book classes in advance in order to reserve your place. We can accommodate a maximum of five participants in each Reformer Class; drop-in participation is on a space-available basis.

Rates are per person. Package options are available only with payment prior to or immediately following the session; otherwise, sessions will be charged at the Single Session rate. There are no refunds on prepaid packages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations require notice at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment. A fee equivalent to the rate of your scheduled appointment will be applied for cancellations that do not meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any Group Workout Session that does not reach minimum enrollment.
