| If you have never taken any Pilates training, or if you are new to OPP, we would like to learn more about you, as well as your health and fitness goals.
At your first workout session, we will ask you to complete a Client Information form as well as a Client Questionnaire, which can both be downloaded from this website.
For a customized program, we recommend an introductory private session, followed by a series of workout sessions. This allows us to tailor a program to suit your needs.
