We offer a unique and individualized fitness experience. Private and semi-private training is available seven days a week, by appointment only. You can arrange for one-on-one sessions to fit your schedule, arrange to work out with a friend in a semi-private duet, or try one of our many group workout classes. We also offer independent workouts for those who are experienced in working out on Pilates equipment.
We welcome all levels of experience and fitness — from teens who want to improve their posture and confidence to the seasoned athlete or dancer seeking to enhance their performance. In addition, our trainers are all experienced instructors from diverse backgrounds, including bodywork, healing, and dance. In addition to Pilates, they have experience with special conditions such as prenatal and postpartum exercise or rehabilitation from repetitive stress or injury.
