Our trainers come from diverse backgrounds, including bodywork, healing, and dance. We will work with you to develop a workout program that meets your health and fitness needs.

In addition to our schedule of classes, we offer a range of customized programs including:

Dance Therapy
Fitness for Seniors
Prenatal and Postpartum Workouts
Repetitive Stress Injuries
Sports Fitness — for golf, tennis, running, skiing, and other athletics

For an individualized program, we recommend an introductory private session, followed by a series of workout sessions. This allows us to tailor a program to suit your needs.

You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise program; however, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and general practitioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today.
