The field of Pilates is continuously enriched by ongoing research in exercise science, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles. Our instructors participate in continuing education and training in order to incorporate that expertise into individual sessions.

Our trainers are all experienced instructors from diverse backgrounds, including bodywork, healing, and dance. We offer personal training on a one-on-one basis, as well as semi-private sessions and a variety of classes.
