Private and semi-private training is available seven days a week, by appointment only. You can arrange for one-on-one sessions to fit your schedule, arrange to work out with a friend in a semi-private duet, or try one of our many group workout classes. We also offer independent workouts for those who are experienced in working out on Pilates equipment.

Click on the OPP Online logo wherever it appears on the OPP website. After you set up a personal user name and password, you can schedule your Optimum Pilates workouts whenever it's convenient.
